It’s been 4 weeks since I had my topper volumiser fitted. I can not express how happy I am with the results. It is so comfortable and easy to care for. I have received so many compliments. I had my consultation with Rosana and felt it was informative. Professional covered everything I needed it to. I was very excited about getting a hair system fitted,
When I arrived for my appointment unfortunately Rosanna was not quite ready for me so I went for a coffee and returned a little later. Rosanna was friendly and put me at ease about getting my system fitted. She explained how to care for the system throughout the fitting. Rosanna coloured and styled my hair beautiful.
I had never had a system fitted before and once I had left the salon I felt like it just didn’t feel or look quite right. I had a few concerns so I messaged Rosanna and she replied straight away. She rearranged for me to return the next day.
When I returned she could understand my concerns and corrected them all for me with out a problem. I am now really happy with my hair, Rosanna was very friendly, professional and made me feel at ease throughout even when I wasn’t 100% happy she didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or that I was an inconvenience and was happy to correct it for me.

I’ve had my new hair system for almost a week and its amazing, best thing i ever done. I suffer from trichotillomania and Rosanna never judged me and she put me at ease. She is very talented, professional and amazing at what she does. I highly recommend Rosanna, especially if you suffer with hair loss. I can now leave my hat at home – Thank you Rosanna
